You can return or exchange a product within 30 days of delivery.
Refunds or store credit (minus shipping costs) are available for returns made within 30 days.
The product must be unused, in its original condition, with all tags, hygienic liner (if applicable), and in its original packaging.
Products are inspected upon receipt and will only be accepted if they meet the conditions.
We recommend trying on swimwear over underwear and without makeup or deodorant to avoid damage.
Returns/exchanges will be denied if the product is used, damaged, or has marks (makeup, fragrance, deodorant, etc.), if tags/packaging are missing, or if the product was purchased on sale.
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
